The Buckfastleigh Town Council is excited to host our second Green Fair on Saturday, 28th September, from 11 am to 3 pm. This day is dedicated to raising awareness and promoting initiatives about environmental issues such as wildlife and biodiversity, climate change, water quality, green energy, recycling, and sustainable housing. The event is free and includes a complimentary vegan/vegetarian buffet lunch and refreshments. As we prepare for the festive season, progress with the new Christmas Lights display is well underway. To help cover the estimated installation cost of £20,000 and subsequent annual expenses, we are reaching out to local businesses for donations. Every contributor will be acknowledged prominently.
